Yummy!

I can't be the only who just cannot justify the cost buying the imported cookies/crackers with a layer of chocolate between them...I think one brand is 'Hit.' 

Today I made a very similar type of cookie with what I had around the house:
-Jif hazelnut spread (though it's no where near as good as Nutella)
-Goya Maria cookies (bought on impulse, somewhat like graham crackers in flavor but more crispy)

The resulting sandwich cookie was, while not an exact match, pretty darn good.
