One More Nail In The Coffin

This was in the comic's section of the Sunday paper. At first I laughed, and then I got mad.

Damn Octo-Mom for her carelessness. Damn her for making her life a spectacle by which so many other women who are only trying for one successful pregnancy and live birth will be judged.

I know this cartoonist (Todd Clark) is only reflecting the outside perspective, and I usually like his take on things. But this, this was a little too close to home.

    Just remember, media always panders to the lowest common denominator in the public at large. Don't let it discourage you!
