As noted in the prior post, it appears that course of The Pill did what was anticipated. Not to get too graphic, this is the first time I've had a period in years. In the past I was a fervent tampon user because I loathed wearing a thick bulky pad with a passion burning brighter than the sun. But since this is a restart, I'm thinking that going straight to tampons might be a bad idea for reasons such as not knowing how heavy, how long, etc.
So, I was hoping for any preferences you might be willing to pass along.
EDIT: This would be preferences for pads...though the information about tampons is also interesting, I'm trying to avoid them until (a) my period settles down or (b) I get pregnant. Whichever occurs first. /EDIT
I' m currently using some that were left over from years ago (which I've moved multiple times since they were purchased, just in case) but which still leave me feeling like they make me walk funny. And I'd rather be walking funny for an entirely different reason, if you know what I mean.

ReplyDeleteI just use Tampax or the CVS or Target brand equivalent. They are the same thing, just at a fraction of the cost. How is that for a commercial?!
ReplyDeleteAbout the walking funny...I'm with you, girlfriend.
